Materialising
future scenarios.

I am a speculative designer as much as an AI ethicist. The ethical stakes of AI remain abstract until you can feel them, touch them, or let them touch you. Future scenarios move beyond statistics on a slide so that people not only understand what is at stake, but feel compelled to act.

Overflow 2032

Can the sea serve as a role model and agent at the table in decisions about water and land management?

Exhibited at NIEUWSPOORT Den Haag in 2022 and Future of Work Foundation.

Co-Emerging Economies

Radical perspectives on post-anthropocentric economies.

Together with Philips Design and Baltan Laboratories, a collaborative platform for future thinking that places art and design research at the core of its activities, we developed a series of workshops around the Co-Emerging Futures Report by Reon Brand, which led to the collaborative publication: "Co-Emerging Economies, exploring radical perspectives on post-anthropocentric economies".
